Having worked as the venue planner in the graduation department at Tshwane University of Technology; hosting up to 70 graduation ceremonies in 11 different locations were regular achievements. When it comes to VIP guests, Ministers and government officials, she holds significant experience with regard to protocol, security and Joint Operation Committee matters.

Elize sold her successful restaurant east of Pretoria to fully pursue her passion of catering.
